Please order today by completing the yearbook order form and returning it to your child’s teacher by Friday, May 24, 2013. It is the perfect way to preserve your child’s 2012-2013 school year memories! All yearbooks are filled with many candid photos of students in ALL grade levels from throughout the year. Each yearbook also includes autograph pages where the students will get time during the last week of school to sign each other’s books.
The cost is only $12.00. Payment must be with order form or the yearbook will not be ordered.
No orders will be taken after May 24th! No extra books will be available!
If you are ordering more than one yearbook, please fill out a separate form for each child (if payments are combined, please specify). Thank you!
